Fleischer’s Appoints New CFO to Senior Management Team
Macedon, NY: Fleischer’s Bagels, Inc. is pleased to announce that Keith Bleier has been named chief financial officer effective immediately. Mr. Bleier replaces Kerry Buck, who resigned in 2008 to pursue other interests.
Immediately prior to joining Fleischer’s Keith was senior vice president and chief financial officer of FirstFlight, Inc., a publically traded aviation company based in Elmira, New York. A baking industry veteran, he previously served as corporate controller at Montana Mills Bread Company. As their principal accounting and financial offer, he played a key role in managing Montana Mills through its multi-location expansion and initial public offering. Keith also served as a principal at Bonadio & Company, LLP, a Rochester, New York-based accounting and consulting firm.
“Keith is an accomplished financial executive with an excellent track record of success,” comments company president Robert Drago. “We were particularly attracted to his strong operating background and proven ability to add value across an entire organization.”
Bleier earned a BS in business administration with distinction from the Rochester Institute of Technology and is a certified public accountant. He reports directly to Fleischer’s president, Robert Drago.
