Fleischer’s Achieves AIB “Superior” Rating For Fifth Straight Year

Macedon, NY:  Fleischer’s Bagels, Inc. is pleased to announce that for the fifth straight year it has achieved the coveted “Superior” rating from the American Institute of Baking (AIB).

The AIB audits bakery manufacturers based on their performance in key operational metrics including plant sanitation, pest control, food safety and record keeping.  Only those companies that achieve an audit score of 900+ on AIB’s 1,000 point scale qualify for “Superior” status.
